Virus/ Malware Removal

Fixes errors caused by malicious programs on your system causing symptoms such as failure to start, unwanted popup's, disabling of programs, mainly your antivirus, unable to access the Internet or showing sites that you did not wish to go to and many others

Caution: Dependant on the damage caused by the offending virus then further work may have to be undertaken to replace damaged files

System Maintenance

Fixes slow computers, frees up space on your hard drive and stops unnecessary programs from running when you start your computer, leaving more of your system free to run the programs you want

Please ensure that you have your operating system disks and any driver disks that came with the system. Some PC’s and Laptops have an image file on the hard drive of your factory setting, this is obviously as good as the disks.

Any system found to be running pirate (illegal) copies of an operating system without a valid license will be returned to the owner without repair as we will not be held responsible for breach of licence laws. We do however, stock legal, genuine software for you to buy and for us to install if you so wish.

Our engineers do not, and will not look at your files in detail, instead they will back up whole files without opening them. It is in your interest however, to copy any sensitive files to a removable media such as a CD, DVD or Memory Stick and delete the original files from your system.

All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%

We always try and quote over the phone but as you can imagine, this does quite often rely on your diagnosis of the issue causing the problems with your system.

Our advice is to get a call out, let us determine the problem and then we can quote a maximum price for getting the job done.

Please see the home page for call out charges applicable to your area and note that if we diagnose the problem but you do not wish the repair carried out then there will be an additional diagnosis charge of £20.

We always do a system clean up, and leave you free software to do it yourself, no matter what other job we are doing, this, as you can see normally costs £40 on its own, but if you having another job done then we include this for free.
